Finally getting round to posting some photos of my brief trip to Copenhagen. I met up with a friend for school there for about 4 (expensive!) days. One of these days we went out to a fantabulous modern art gallery called Louisiana, and another of the days we were quite hungover after stumbling on a international students party with cheap beer the night before, and so we only managed to lie on park benches, and eat sausages wrapped in bacon and stagger out to look at the little mermaid.

This is an interior of Elsinore castle, y'know where Hamlet was set. This was on the same little day jaunt as Louisiana, and we had a late start leading to rather a rush though the castle.

This was during one of our many beer breaks in the park. I was reading The Sun Also Rises at the time and therefore had rather altered ideas about drinking, eg that I should be drunk all the time. Rather costly to achieve in Denmark.

And these lovely ladies are Katie and myself about to embark on a cruise. Note background of bars along Nyhavn, where a beer will only set you back 7EUR ($11).

Looks like you and your friend enjoyed the time of your lives! I would also love to set a date with several peers so that we could just hang out and relax just like the good ol' days.
