Just because you asked so nicely -and that I needed an excuse to put off further drafting of essay -here are my lame attempts to generate comments discussion in the vein of Australian cultural studies/general rants:
1. If big brother finds a way to reduce final payment from 1 mil to only a few grand, I just might start watching more than the ads;
2. Brunetti have raised their coffee prices from $2.80 to $3.20, anyone else know of a product that has now almost doubled in price in less than ten years?
3. Trying to think about how I'm going to spend my extra $6 dollars per week post budget tax cuts. I think it will be filtered out into the recent coffee price increases. No pun intended.
I'm not shy, I just don't have anything to say. I read your blog religiously every Wednesday night at the LRC ... since you aren't here in person to amuse me, you have to do it online.
I do miss your advice on my non-existent love life though ... and yes, I'm still being fussy. And definitely too fussy to watch Big Brother - at least you should be missing Australia for something a bit more intelligent - they just seem to sit around making very dull conversation and throwing a ball at one another (okay, so I watched it for ten minutes - I was waiting for the next show to start)...
